DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE GENERAL REGULATIONS FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA EU 2016/679 (GDPR) "PRIVACY POLICY APP"

This document, "Privacy Policy AppThermoflux" (hereafter Policy), has been prepared in order to let you know our Privacy Policy, to understand how your personal information is handled when you use the application (hereinafter, also " App ") and, where appropriate, to give consent to the processing of your personal data expressed and aware.

This Policy refers only and exclusively to the application and not to any websites through which, for example, the Customer had to access / or use the application.

The information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired as part of the use of the application will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity Thermoflux.

The application Thermoflux, created and developed by Ominaweb Italia and Micronova s.r.l., is owned and is entirely managed by the latter.

By installing this application, the Customer consents to the collection and processing of the data indicated below.

Collection of personal data and transmission of data

The services provided by the App, as well as the features and functions of the same, do not require any form of registration of the Customer.

We point out however that the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the App (Apple Store and Google Play) acquire, during their normal operation, some data in any case referable to the User whose transmission is implicit in the use of communication protocols internet, smartphones and devices used. This category of data includes, but is not limited to, geographical location, telephone identity, use of the camera, customer contacts, e-mail, credit card information.

The app collects the following personal data:

Camera

The App may use the camera of the interested party, whenever this activates the service of acquisition and recognition of a QR Code. This permission is necessary because, in default, it will be impossible to acquire and process the QR Code.

Username and password

Of necessity for the functioning of the app.

Mode and place of processing of collected data

The Data Controller processes the Personal Data of Clients by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.

Processing is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated.

In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may have access to the Data subjects of the persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (as suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller.

Place

The Data are processed at servers located abroad, in the name of Micronova s.r.l., and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Time

The Data is processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document, and the Customer can always ask for the interruption of treatment or deletion of data.

Cookie

We point out that the App in no way uses cookies or profiling cookies, ie cookies aimed at creating profiles related to the User, generally used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the User in the context of surfing the net.

Third party websites

Should it Thermoflux provide you with the use of the App link to external sites, please note that the Bank can not exercise any control over the content of these links.

We therefore recommend that you carefully read the related privacy policies and terms of use of these sites before providing your personal data.

Users Rights

Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the GDPR, has the right to ask the Bank, at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or cancellation of the same or to oppose their treatment, has the right to request the limitation of the treatment in the cases foreseen by the art. 18 of the GDPR, as well as obtaining, in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, the data concerning it, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR.
